it offers impressive earnings, several dollars a click in many cases and will pay out by Paypal as well as by a host of other methods. I'm not yet sure how much you need to earn before they pay out, but the person who referred me seemed very pleased with the service. However, I did a quick web search on them and got a mixed response, some people reported never getting paid, a few seemed to think it was ok. So, be advised, if you have time to experiment, you may as well give it a go, but it may also be a lemon!
